For the second year, CMAC will offer Bowen High School seniors the opportunity to participate in a Mariner-in-Training (MIT) program, leading to the opportunity for summer jobs in the boating sector. Last year, all twelve MIT graduates received offers to work on tour and excursion boats, and we are committed to 100% placement this year. Part of CMAC’s goal is to develop youth’s interest in boating not only for recreation but also jobs and career development down the line.
